💀💀💀 Americans Being Swindled By the Pharmaceutical Industry and a Pharmacist "Gag Order" │ Fibromyalgia Cure?

This is a day best forgotten ─ better it had never been lived.

I won't get into why I say that, but I can point to a very bad night's sleep as serving as the foundation for all that went amiss.

My wife Jack preceded me to bed last night and left me with just the edge of the cover bedding for my side of the bed while she wrapped herself up in those same coverings on her side of the bed.

I never could find adequate comfort.

Anyway, I had the day to myself after she lit out ahead of 11:00 p.m. ─ my younger brother Mark had gone away just after 9:00 a.m. to help out a friend, and both of my stepsons had gone to work before that.

At least I managed to put in a normal morning's quota of content into the post I am constructing at Siam-Longings, one of my six hosted websites.

I squandered my afternoon after making an initial effort at starting the tax returns for my wife and I ─ the petty, weak freak that I am forsook that chore, and I became occupied with nothing meritorious.

It was all I could do to get out to the backyard tool shed for some pull-ups in lieu of my usual exercises that I had lost all time for.

A cloudy day saw the skies begin bringing us some rain around mid-afternoon.

I have so little time to blog ─ it is almost 7:00 p.m. But I came across some information today that ought to be of importance to any Americans who get prescriptions filled ─ you can read the report for yourself:

And this was the article that had been referenced, but was not linked to:

That first website also had a good report for anyone suffering from fibromyalgia:

Again, there was a reference that was given, but not linked to ─ here is the link:

I want to post a couple of photos taken earlier this year when my wife Jack visited Thailand to see her mother and other family over there.

The first photo was probably taken at Don Muang International Airport in the afternoon of January 26 ─ it is Jack's mother:

The second photo was taken at the wedding of Jack's niece, the daughter of Lumpoon (one of my wife's two sisters):

This isn't the bride, incidentally ─ I don't actually know the lass. But apparently the photo was taken on the wedding day of February 25, and quite early in the morning.

Google created this short slideshow of some of the photos from that wedding day:

And now I can blog no further ─ absolutely everyone is home as of about 7:00 p.m.
